Doors
The truth not sprung yet from its shelter
The thoughts deeply tamed by the nerves
The delusion of knowledge and insight
It all lies on our bungled array
failed taxonomy of all things we've met
What's success? What is god?
What should be love?
What is freedom? What's right?
What is wrong?
It's insufficient to be acquainted with words
brazen ignorance is not for us though
it casts an eerie shadow upon the doors
that lead outside of this hypnagogic room
Everything's waiting to be explored
but we must first open the doors
we must first open the doors
